Amy Boyd
Amy is a trailblazer in restoration services and a symbol of empowerment as a woman entrepreneur. She founded Tri-Tech Restoration and leads it with financial expertise and a service-oriented management style, and her background in business development has been central to the company's success. She holds certifications through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). As CEO of this woman-owned, minority-operated business, Amy represents resilience and excellence in the restoration industry.
William Gandsey
Bill serves as Chief Operating Officer and is one of Tri-Tech's original founding members, with over 30 years as a licensed general contractor. He holds multiple degrees from California State University, Fullerton — a Bachelor's in Biological Science with a minor in Chemistry, and a Master's in Public Administration. His expertise spans fire, water, smoke, and earthquake restoration across both the private and public sectors, and he oversees sales, operations, emergency services, training, and consulting. A nationally recognized trainer and consulting contractor for insurance carriers, Bill holds California Department of Health Services licensure and is a certified Master Restorer.
Michael Boyd
Michael brings over 30 years of construction experience spanning custom homes, condominiums, and shopping centers. His skill set encompasses general construction, property restoration, historical preservation, estimating, project management, and interior design. As CFO and an original founder, he manages the company's finances and operations while overseeing approximately 150 full-time employees. His leadership prioritizes financial stability and customer satisfaction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
