These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and related services (the "Site") of Tri-Tech Restoration & Construction Co. Inc. ("Tri-Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or posting in the community forum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Tri-Tech is a licensed restoration and construction company serving the Greater Los Angeles area (CA License B-501801). The Site provides information about our services and lets you contact us, create an account, and participate in our community forum.
2. The Site Is Informational; Not an Emergency Service
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Do not use the Site to report an emergency. If you have a life-safety emergency, call 911. For urgent restoration needs, call our 24-hour line at 800.900.8448; messages submitted through the Site may not be seen immediately.
3. Estimates, Services, and Agreements
Any pricing, timelines, or scope described on the Site or in response to a Site inquiry are preliminary and non-binding. Restoration and construction services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Tri-Tech, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Submitting a form does not create a contract for services.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You may choose a unique username; usernames and content must not impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used unlawfully.
5. Community Forum and User Content
The forum lets you post public topics and replies, and send private ("Tri-Tech-only") messages. You are solely responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, invasive of privacy, or that contains malware or spam. Do not post other people's personal or confidential information.
Private messages. Messages you mark as private are intended to be visible only to you and Tri-Tech staff. While we restrict access accordingly, please avoid sending highly sensitive information (such as financial account numbers or government identifiers) through the Site.
License to your content. You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Tri-Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site and our services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.
Moderation. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove content, and may remove content or accounts at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, introducing malicious code, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. This section does not limit any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and does not apply to services provided under a signed service agreement, which carry their own terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRI TECH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tri-Tech from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where available.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tri-Tech regarding the Site, and do not replace any signed service agreement.
