I had a leak in my shower pan and it had spread under the floor. My insurance carrier was going to pay for a lot of the damage so they asked me if I wanted my own contractor or theirs. I made a lucky decision and went with their contractor Tri Tech Restoration. I have constructed two custom houses as an owner builder and a 50-unit apartment complex and never had a more professional and high quality contractor as they coordinated the whole thing from mold, asbestos, demo and reconstruction of the entire bathroom. And a lot of this was because of one man who works for them, Tony. It is hard to describe a more hardworking, knowledgeable man, readily available by phone or in person. He defines what a highly motivated, competent contractor supervisor is. We had numerous trades to deal with and he kept on top of them and each one of the trades actually performed their work in a high quality competent manner. It was the consistency of the quality that really impressed me. In a large job there was always for me at least one poor quality trade, one sub contractor who bugged out or lied. This never happened on this job which lasted several months. My gratitude to Tony and to Tri Tech who has the good judgment to keep someone like Tony happy and employed with them!

The Tri Tech Restoration team is excellent. Starting with the General Contractor, William Gandsey, who did the inspection and estimate of the work needed to be done on my house after it suffered fire and smoke damage. Bill was very professional, experienced, attentive and kind. Then, Gio who assisted with coordination of the team and the work that needed to be done, who was consistently responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. Mario, Mani and Boni managed the team who completed the remediation and repairs on site at my house. They were hard working and very thorough. I highly recommend Tri Tech for any home restoration. Their follow through and quality work reduced my stress during a very challenging time, and they got the job done beautifully.

Tri Tech Restoration rebuilt our entire house from smoke damage that was caused by the attached garage fire. As a start, Shelly, the first responder, showed up during the time fire department was rescuing the house, stayed the entire time until we were let in the house, then boarded the house up for security on a SUNDAY. Carlos, the project manager, with his team did a good job on the entire rebuilding process. Carlos stayed on top of everything and suggested a lot of modifications that made house look better. Michael, the owner of the company, was involved during the rebuilding process and helped us get the funds we need for rebuild from the insurance company. The entire rebuilding process was lengthy, stressful, and was not an easy task. In the end, we have a great house to show off. All thanks to Tri Tech Restoration. I have nothing but great things to say about Tri Tech Restoration. They also warranty their work for 1 year. We had factory defective cabinet doors in the kitchen. Carlos got them replaced for us as well.

Amazing service after the Eaton Canyon fire! Cecelia contacted me immediately and that day they had Jose and a crew of 6 working on my daughter's home. Very timely and extremely thorough. All my neighbors are trying to hijack them. The neighbors have not been able to get service from anyone else qualified to deal with such a disaster. Be careful to avoid people who mean well but don't have the staff, knowledge, or equipment to deal with this tragedy.

I had unfortunately experienced water damage at my condo but fortunately my insurance company recommended Tri Tech restoration. The crew was out to my home within the hour and helped stop the water from damaging my home anymore than it already had. The staff had great communication throughout the whole process and the technicians really knew what they were doing and made me feel comfortable and safe. The recent rains caused water to back up into my garage which I was storing many household items, furniture, electronics, sentimental items, etc., causing severe property damage and, as you can imagine, anxiety regarding personal loss. At 6am on a Saturday, I discovered water damage dripping from the ceiling of my guest bedroom. My insurance contacted Manny and Genesis from Tri Tech and by 9am they were there to start mitigation. Manny and Genesis were very professional, helpful and skilled. They assessed the full extent of the water damage and wasted no time in devising a plan to mitigate the situation. What I discovered in the bedroom was just the beginning. I was very thankful to have the entire crew from Tri Tech to help me in this very unfortunate situation. They were very efficient and communicated with me every step of the process. I would highly recommend them.

Tri Tech Restoration was one of the first to arrive to the property when our property was in flames. I have to admit Tri Tech has one of the best people working for them out in the field. Carlos and Diego both were great at explaining my family the process on getting our property repaired and what steps to take next. Throughout the process of the repairs, we did come across some challenges, which were out of Tri Tech's control, such as city inspections and insurance claims dept delays. However, they did try to advance as much as possible with the work that could be completed that did not require any prior approvals. I have to give credit to Sarmen who was one of the team members to check on updates with the city and to make sure everyone from his team was on the same page. This was a very challenging moment for my family but Tri Tech did not let us down and made it possible with their dedication to get us back to our home looking even better than before!

So I'm in the middle of a water damage claim and I keep pretty detailed notes. For those of you who've never seen one of these before, they may seem boring, but they will give an accurate sense of how helpful/timely a service provider really is. I submit my original claim to Homesight Insurance, and am told a water mitigation company will contact me within the next business day. Amy from Tri Tech reaches out to me to walk me through the process and to tell me that she's going to get the process started for water mitigation and leak detection. Bernice from Tri Tech calls to let me know someone will be coming out. Adam and Jose arrive from Tri Tech and begin working, checking for mold (was none), and setting up dryers, dehumidifiers, and mold inhibitors. They're personable, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me. So far, I'm impressed with Tri Tech, and the people they've sourced when they needed to. They have continued to be professional, timely, and knowledgeable. If you find yourself in my position, you'd be lucky to have them service your account.

At first, I was somewhat nervous about one company coming in to do the complete restoration at my house after a water leak. So far, I had Carlos and Cesar come in and work. They both were very professional. They were always cleanly dressed, openly discussed the work that they were going to do that day and took care of my personal property as if it were theirs. When the day's work was completed, they check with me to see if everything was satisfactory and if they could do anything more to make us more comfortable. I give them 5 stars!

Our tankless water heater had a leak, which caused several problems. We used the company Tri-Tech Restoration Co. From the beginning they were professional and worked hard on a daily basis until the situation was resolved. We had two Tri-Tech Restoration employees who worked to resolve our issues, Carlos and Cesar. These two men were conscientious of protecting their work space/our home, they were extremely kind and efficient with their time of arrival and departure, they kept us informed on the process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Fantastic. We had some pretty significant smoke damage and remediation needs after the Woolsey fire. Tri Tech was terrific. They were always on time, very respectful of our privacy, our home and our neighbors and got the work done in an efficient timeframe. Everyone we worked with was kind, polite and professional. I honestly don't know why this business got 4 stars. I would have given them 10. We recently had our floors redone after a leak in a pipe ruined the wood. Tri tech was hired to store out ALL our furniture while the floor was being repaired. Not only did they take the furniture, they took our refrigerator, oven, packed up all the belongings inside cabinets, removed the art from the walls and took detailed pictures of where everything was so when they brought it back they knew where to put it. This can be a stressful project in the best of circumstances. But David and his experienced crew of men and women knew exactly what they were doing and it didn't take long before I was able to relax and let them do their job. I recommend them highly!

I am so pleased with working with Tri-Tech. They have been so on top of stuff it's making my nightmare much easier to handle. I had a bathroom leak and caused water damage that has come through into my kitchen. Boni and Adam were the two men who came to my house to check on a leak issue that we were having. They came right at the time that they said they were gonna be here and were super friendly considering it was early in the morning! They did a full and thorough inspection on all the problem areas. Harry Haroian and Boni from Tri-Tech did an amazing job coming to our home. They represented their company well and ensured our home would be taken care of. They left a negative air blowing machine that filtered out the smokey bad smell and shot out clean air. That made the home smell better than what it was and they also used a vapor shot machine so that the smell of smoke would go away and made the home smell like a fresh fragrance. Boni did a great job cleaning and ensuring that they will take care of the cleaning and ashes and what not. Thanks guys.

They were sent by my home insurance co. and they immediately reported to my home to assist with the necessary assessment of the damage and necessary clean up work that needed to be done to keep me and my family safe. Carlos, Cesar, and Jose were assigned to remove damage from my condo as a result of a large leak from the neighbors above me. Even with the amount of demolition on my walls and ceiling, they were able to tape everything off neatly and cleaned the areas very well. Tri-Tech Restoration is awesome. Gabby, Lucy, Harry, Adis, Hugo — the whole crew TOPS! The lower level of our house flooded on Labor Day. We have wood floors that we thought we could save if we got the inch deep water cleaned up quickly. We were wrong. The next morning the bubbling started appearing on the walls, followed by the warping of the floorboards. We should have just called Tri-Tech immediately. Oh well, lesson learned, time wasted. We made the call the following day and they were out there right away with heaters, blowers, suckers, you name it. Tri-Tech was responsive, instructive and efficient in getting the initial work started to prevent any further damage from the water. I have never had a flood experience before so was completely in shock. Harry at Tri-Tech helped us understand what the road would look like to restoring our house. He did a thorough walk through and noted all things affected by the water, way more than I would have thought! Throughout the drying process and the demolition process, every person I met on the Tri-Tech team (probably 4 people or so) was super helpful and very professional. Hugo and his paint crew came out and made the house look better than new, cleaned up every day making it as comfortable as they could for us to remain in the house during the process. The floors they installed were top notch and done in two days. The whole first floor in two days! Whenever I reached out to Lucy or Adis at Tri-Tech, either phone call, email, or text — they were available, knowledgeable and understanding. Tri-Tech always went the extra mile. Gabby put together a timeline of completion they not only met but met early! If you experience something like water damage or fire damage, you will likely have your insurance company involved. It was amazingly helpful to work with Tri-Tech as they are set up to work with the insurance company and know the process. Through this experience, I found that everyone really wants to help out and help you recover from this type of an event. Highly recommend Tri-Tech.

I had a chance to see Tri Tech Restoration repair an apartment that had caught fire. They were no-nonsense and changed what was really damaged and repaired what could be repaired instead of just changing everything completely. The apartment looks better than before and there are no signs of the damage now. There was a small incident so I called them and spoke to Lucine. She had a super friendly phone voice and listened to me and said she would call me back shortly. She actually called me back within an hour and said that they would take care of it. Most places would not have. They covered something that they normally would not have and went way above and beyond. Businesses are businesses and meant to turn a profit but someone at this place has a heart and did the right thing.

Tri tech is an affable company with friendly and professional technicians. Jaime and Jose are good to take care of our overflowed basement. They did everything quick and efficient.

We just completed a marathon job with Tri-Tech. They did a great job! A flood destroyed our condo bathroom on March 31, just as Covid lockdowns were beginning. Then un-permitted work by a previous owner turned up during demo and code changes led to inspection denials in this older building. Through it all, Cecilia, our coordination, kept us informed and kept the ball rolling. Nick, our adjuster, was very helpful and clear. His estimates were well organized and reasonable. We were so pleased with them that we added on some additional painting and electrical work, taking the opportunity to upgrade the entire unit. I'd recommend Tri-Tech without reservation.

Tri Tech recently rebuilt my WeHo condo that was totally destroyed in a fire. It was an insurance claim and getting the adjustor to agree to pay was an uphill battle. Eddy, Tri Tech's adjustor, handled it like a pro. He knew how to support each repair claim including when to hire experts. He got every claim to rebuild what I lost with like, kind & quality. Emil, the project manager was also fantastic. He was responsive to my concerns throughout the year long process. Lucy was a great part of the team too. She always addressed my many concerns and kept the communication open among everyone working on the project. This team at Tri Tech really came through in a year+ long complicated process.

My second experience with this company. This was an insurance claim due to water damage from the condo two floors above us. They organized the mold and asbestos abatement, environmental company, painting walls and ceiling, drywall team, reframing and carpet cleaning. I found everyone I worked with at Tri-Tech very helpful and caring from Tom H the estimator, to Samantha Garcia the coordinator to Harry D another coordinator. In particular Harry P was extremely helpful and his team of Artur (re-framing, drywall) and Alex, painting did a really terrific job. They were very understanding and helpful. The team was very neat, leaving the place clean. It was great dealing with the entire group.

I really appreciated the job these guys did. They are well organized and really want your work. They were very competitive with pricing and even did a little here and there outside the contract. I went to their Burbank location to learn more and they have a whole house set up with walls cut open to learn how water damage and mold develop inside the structure. They had a large selection of tiles, cabinets, etc. George was a great person to deal with. I have and still do recommend this company. I had a terrific experience with them.

Adam Iniguez came yesterday — super friendly, efficient — walked us through everything and told us what we can expect. Having a major leak is NOT fun, but so far this has been a great experience getting everything fixed. Thank you Tri-Tech and Boni / Cesar too!

So where to start... Can't be more grateful. I bought my house a year ago, did a full remodel. Less than 6 months all hell broke loose. I came home to find my house flooded, that really sucked. I called my insurance company and less than an hour later Tri Tech called me back. Walked me through everything and sent out the crew that very evening. They came in at 11pm and set up all the fans and de-humidifiers. Worked around clock to make sure no mold sets in. Cleaned out my home, took out everything that was damaged including haul away and had it ready for my contractor to rebuild. Big shout out to Vigen and Adam. Always on top of everything and even gave me their cell numbers for me to reach them at any time. I hope this never happens to me again but if it does I know who to call. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Despite incredible difficulties with our homeowners insurance company, we had the most amazing experience with Tri Tech Restoration. Their people always went above and beyond to answer all questions, give excellent advice, show up on time and do their work in a professional and friendly manner. We would especially like to credit Medik from the claims department. She was so helpful and patient. Our project coordinator was terrific and Jorge who was the head of a lot of the project was kind, honest and helpful. We would also like to give a shout out to Joe, Jesse and Stephanie from the pack in and pack out department. They handled our personal belongings with care and put them back in the exact location. It is never fun to ever have to deal with damage to your home and it's also never easy dealing with construction companies but Tri Tech restoration went above and beyond and we cannot recommend them more.

Teddy and Vigan got to our place as fast as possible on Friday afternoon to begin our water damage assessment and treatments. Teddy, Jaime, and Armando came again on Saturday to continue the work, and Teddy and Jaime again on Sunday to try and get ahead of as much as possible. They have been very responsive and on time, working all day to uncover what we need to. This is the start of a long process but so far it's been handled top notch with both professional explanations and courteous responses. Hardworking, courteous, and responsive.

In 2020, Tritech came out quickly to cleanup the mess from my broken water pipe. They then worked with my insurance to expedite payments/coverage so they could quickly begin breaking down walls and drying out everything. Removing custom wood cabinets. Mold removal too. Angel, Boni, Jose & Harry were very professional and did a great job. Berenice in the office coordinated everything so well too. I highly recommend Tritech and their team of friendly employees.

Carlos and Ceasar were assigned to us for dehumidification. Carlos explained what was being done and always come on time.

My condo flooded from my patio after the heavy rain on Christmas. I came home from a vacation to find the carpet in my bedroom soaking wet. Sarkis was both quick and professional. His understanding of my stress of finding a drenched bedroom helped diffuse the situation. He and his associate removed the carpet padding and set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry the floor and carpet.
